Chad grew up on the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs where he participated in a variety of sports as a child. He played for the Junior Olympic Developmental Soccer team for a number of years and received a scholarship to play both soccer and tennis at a collegiate level. After college, Chad became a professional golf instructor. Chad’s passion is fitness; he encourages and motivates individuals at all levels of ability and fitness to lead healthier, happier lives.
Michelle incorporates her knowledge of the body from being an acupuncturist and her love of fitness to help clients get the most from their training. Michelle is a certified personal trainer and also has a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine. She has experience playing basketball and volleyball competitively and enjoys golf in her free time. Michelle is ready to support clients on their journey to achieving their lifestyle and fitness goals!

Annie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NPC Figure competitor with a passion for helping clients transform their lives. Through a personal struggle with disordered eating, she found recovery and balance in fitness and nutrition. Annie specializes in nutrition, weight loss and strength training. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or gain self-confidence; Annie is excited to help you reach your goals and experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle!
Stephanie has been training clients for 3 years at Just Results. She has trained individuals, couples and small groups ranging from ages 11 to 67. Stephanie enjoys the challenges each individual offers and trains each one to their abilities as they work to become their best inside and out. She is certified in personal training, TRX® Suspension Training and Pilates. Stephanie received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Colorado University.
Iggy is a former D2 baseball player and was blessed to play professional baseball in Venezuela. Now Iggy is a certified personal trainer at Just Results, looking to pass on his knowledge and passion of fitness to others. He specializes in strength, speed and agility for all types of clients. Iggy looks forward to helping clients live a healthier life both physically and mentally.
Allen specializes in personal training, massage therapy, sports nutrition and life coaching. It's truly his privilege to partner with his clients on their path of positivity! Allen's mission is simple; to help others better themselves through regular fitness, nutritious eating and conquer mental hurdles standing in the way of a life well lived. Allen is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, Certified Life Coach and Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist.
Adam is a certified personal trainer and former college soccer player. He works with clients of all fitness levels, sports and ages. His clients include middle school students and adults looking to get into great shape. Adam writes individualized programs, whether it be sport specific strength training or general weight loss. Adam's goal is to help his clients excel in any and every area they desire.
Russell designs holistic exercise programs to meet his clients' needs. His areas of focus include: mobility training, strength training and calisthenics. He offers meat-based and plant-based nutritional guidance as Russell has personal experience with both. Russell is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Functional Movement Specialist, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and holds a BS in Exercise Physiology. His hobbies include: Spartan races, Filipino martial arts, meditation and reading.
